The hotel boasts a beautiful property with a fantastic beach and pool, but it needs some updates. While the rooms were nicely appointed, the view could have been better and the dining options were somewhat limited and pricey. Overall, it offered a nice experience, especially for a short stay, yet I felt that it didn't fully meet my expectations in terms of amenities and ambiance.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were nicely appointed, but the view from ours was disappointing as we looked out over the roof of the restaurant. There were also some issues with ants.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the bar staff seemed to be overwhelmed and not very familiar with standard drinks.
Location
5.0
The location was quite far from Papeete, which made traveling to the city a bit expensive. It was also a bit isolated with limited options for dining outside the hotel.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited and pricey; the breakfast buffet was average, and we missed out on knowing about more affordable menu items.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area and the beach were lovely, providing a nice spot for relaxation, though the actual amenities could use improvement.

5.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The water bungalows were absolutely fabulous, providing beautiful views and a luxurious experience. However, the initial room we stayed in was quite dated and in dire need of repair, which was a letdown. I also had a frustrating experience with the concierge that led to some major travel complications. Despite the troubles, the friendly staff and the relaxing atmosphere were definite highlights.

Rooms
5.0
The regular room was basic and quite dated, with shabby furniture and some maintenance issues. The water bungalows, however, were amazing and made me feel much better about my stay.
Service
5.0
While the staff was friendly overall, my experience with the concierge was frustrating and not very helpful, especially regarding flight changes.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located in a quieter area, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, which I really appreciated.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were quite poor, and I found the dining area dated. However, I did enjoy the food at the beach bar a lot.
Facilities

The overall facilities were decent, but the state of the common areas needs improvement.

7.0/10

I found the hotel to be decent for a short stay, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The beach area is small and not ideal for a longer visit, plus the dining options were average. However, the grounds were well-kept, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, it felt more like a layover hotel than a romantic getaway in Tahiti.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, but they overlooked a roof which compromised the view.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and check-in was easy, but I did encounter some misinformation at check-in regarding the pick-up time.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making transfers quicker, but it felt more like a layover spot than a destination.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average with overpriced options, although breakfast was better than expected.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities included a nice beach and grounds, but the property itself showed signs of needing renovations.

I had a lovely stay at this resort after a cruise, enjoying beautiful views from our spacious room. The amenities were great, with various activities available, but I found the food prices a bit high compared to other places. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely go back, though I'd be mindful of the dining costs.
